After graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Photography in 1994, I returned to my hometown of Atlanta to start my life as a professional photographer.  Over the next seven years, I went through a myriad of jobs like school photography, hair model photography, corporate portraits, even the glamour shots that were so popular in the late 90’s. 

   It wasn’t until I had my first child that I realized my passion for photographing families, babies and children.  I’ve owned my own business for over five years and truly enjoy each sitting I photograph.  After doing studio portraits for many years, I’ve grown to love the relaxed atmosphere that comes from going on-location to your home or a local park where everyone is more comfortable.  It’s there I get a peek at the quiet (or loud) moments that make your family and child unique. And it’s there I see the life that I’m looking for in my portraits.
